The recipe of delicious Chicken Egg fried rice in my style
Greetings to all my lovely friends
Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan, gladly present once again my recipe blog in my favourite #steemitironchef community .The today's recipe belongs to another healthy and quickly done recipe.Tje people who loved Chinese cousins or something light spicy food this recipe for all of these please try out on my recommendation it's too delicious and healthy as well due to addiction of chicken,rice ,eggs and some veggies as well so guys without ado let's move on our today's recipe blog .First I share ingredients list then procedure step by step for your convenience.

- Recipe name: chicken egg fried rice
- Cooking time:45 minutes
- Serving size:6 to 8 people

1/2 chicken pieces |
1 kg good quality Rice |
1 cupCooking oil |
1 cup chopped carrots |
3 Eggs |
1 cup green cupecicum |
1 tbs soya sauce chilli |
1 tbs Veniger |
1 tbs black pepper |
Salt to taste |
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste |
1 cup fine chopped cabbage 🥬 |
Making/Procedure step by step

- Step:1
By first take a clean pan add 1 cup cooking oil in it
Then add sliced onions in oil ,make sure flame are not high cooked on medium flam.

- Step :2
When onion saute add washed chicken pieces I am adding Norma chicken pieces which were small in size ,you can also used boneless chicken as well .
Fried the chicken in oil and fried till all excess water released from chicken were dry during add ginger garlic paste and salt as well .Fried till chicken were tired golden in colours.

When chicken turned fried complete add black pepper powder and carrotsin it .
Trying to cut all veggies in uniform shaped it's looking more attractive and professional like restaurant style touch .
Add green chillies, capsicums chopped and fine cabbage 🥬 in the chicken and fried ,this time higher your flame and just saute veggies not cooked completely other wise it will spoiled the crunchy Ness in your fried rice.Always kept in mind followed the tips according to the recipe.

Poured I table spoons of soya sauce.
One tablespoon of veniger in the chicken.
Now at the end add fine chopped spring onions.Cooked for 5 to 10 minutes then off the flame.
Spring onions cooked only 5 minutes to remain the crunchy taste in rice .

It's time to boiled rice for that I soaked rice in water for 30 minutes in the meantime I took a pan add water and boiled it add salt cumin seeds,when water boiled add soaked rice and cooked for 15 minutes then strained out water in strainer and set a side.

In egg fried rice we need scrambled eggs for that I beaten 3 eggs well add salt paper and orange food 3 for good appearance on the rice .Mixed well .

Take a frying pan add small eggs mixture in it cooked all in two steps ,then scrambled it by knife .set a side
- Step :7
Now we all really did all three steps the chicken,the boiled rice , scrambled eggs now it's time to assembling the ingredients wisely .
I take a large pan add boiled rice layon it by the help of spetulla spreading rice evenly then added chicken and veggies mixture on it .
Spreading scrambled eggs on the rice layers .
Same procedure followed for laying the ingredients one by one at the top I sprinkle remaining eggs.
Now coved the rice at least 10 minutes for good steem then mixed evenly in pan.
Final presentation
Tadaa my tampting homemadeEgg fried rice ready to eat ,dish out it .The beautiful veggies and spices coloured rice looking fantastic 😍 😍.My all family liked and appreciated .
It's looking spectacular so need for any extra garnish or toppings..... Served hot ......hot
Over all Health benefits of the meal
In the meal all ingredients are healthy chicken loaded with high amount of proteins and minerals,egg is a good source of calcium and protein as well ,all vegetable are good source of fibers , minerals and full of hydrating properties.Try to add coloured, beautiful veggies in daily meals and last but least rice are good source of carbohydrate which makes our body active and charged so over all it's full of nutrition and yummy as well so definitely try I am sure you love it the typical Chinese cousins spices like black pepper,soya sauce , chilli sauce, Veniger increased it's tampting flavor
