Chicken Chilli With Garlic Rice

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm sharing a Chinese recipe Chicken Cilli. Chinese Cuisine is one of the popular Cuisine in the world. Their special sweet and sour taste make it different from our cultural cuisine. Most of countries has adopted their taste and make fusion of the recipe with their regional taste. That recipe are more popular in their country.
The recipe that I'm sharing is not Purley Chinese recipe its a fusion of Chinese recipe with our pakistani taste. This fusion has great taste and I'm sure you will enjoy it.
Let's move towards the recipe

Boneless chicken julienne 500g |
Egg) whisked 1 |
Salt ½ tsp or to taste |
Black pepper powder ½ tsp |
Cornflour 2 tbs |
All-purpose flour) 1 tbs |
Cooking oil for frying |
Cooking oil 2-3 tbs |
Garlic chopped 1 tbs |
Ginger chopped 1 tbs |
Green chillies 10-12 |
Ginger julienne 2-inch piece |
Soy sauce 2 tbs |
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs |
Oyster sauce 2 tbs |
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste |
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp |
Sugar 1 tsp |
Chicken stock ¼ Cup |
Green chillies 2-3 |
Ginger julienne 1-inch piece |
Spring onion leaves chopped |
Making :
Step 1:
-In a bowl,add chicken,egg,salt,black pepper powder,cornflour,all-purpose flour & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.Step 2 :
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy. It takes few minutes to fry.
Step 3 :
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & mix well.
-Add green chillies & mix well.
-Now add fried chicken,ginger & mix well.
-Add chicken stock,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add green chillies,ginger,spring onion leaves & mix well.
-Chicken Clili is ready to serve ,you can serve it with bread, rice and noodles but its best and original combo is with rice. You can use egg fried rice, vegetables fried rice or simple fried rice.
Today I'm making garlic fried rice. Its quiet simple to make. Just cook rice upto 98% and fry garlic chopped cloves in 2tbsp of oil sotey it for 2min and add 2tbsp spring onion and add all cooked rice in it stir fry for few minutes to mix all and cover it for 2-3 minutes. Rice is ready to serve.
