Importance of Desserts
Desserts hold a veritably special spot in our refections and gatherings. Whether it's a birthday, marriage, or a family get- together, the table feels fragmental without commodity cherished at the end. Desserts not only satisfy our savor buds but also bring felicity, bliss, and warm recollections. From delicate puddings to crisp cookies, every dessert has its own mascot.
In this week’s challenge, I opted to prep one of the prescriptive and utmost loved desserts in my home — Soji ka Halwa( Samolina Pudding).
Recipe Soji ka Halwa( Samolina Pudding)
Ingredients I Used
Samolina( سویاں) – 1 mug
Ghee( Clarified adulation) – ½ mug
Sugar – 1 mug
Cardamom – 3 pieces
Water – 3 mugs
Diced almonds and pistachios – 2 tbsp
Step- by- Step Preparation
Step 1
Add 1 mug of samolina into the pan. Roast it sluggishly on intermediate flame until it turns light bright brown and a roasted scent comes out.
Step 2
Heat half a mug of ghee in a pristine pan. Add sugar and let it unleash its scent for 1 – 2 minutes.
Step 3
Now append 3 mugs of water precisely. Stir facilely so that no lumps are formed.
Step 4
Add cardamom and observe amalgamating until it dissolves fully. Cover the lid for a many minutes so that halwa culinarians unevenly.
Step 5
After 4 – 5 minutes, you'll behold the ghee disassociating from the admixture. This shows that the halwa is prepared.
Step 6
Transfer it to a serving dish and adornment with minced almonds and pistachios.

Participating in this challenge was a joyous experience for me. Preparing a prescriptive cate
