Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today I am here again to participate in a new contest for a new week. Today's contest is a ketchup made with tomatoes as usual, but there are some differences here. I would like to thank @afzalqamar Sir for organizing today's contest, which has been such a beautiful cont.I like this educational contest a lot, and here I am ready to create my own ketchup as per the instructions given by the teacher. Come on, friends, let's get started.

List all the ingredients used in making herbal basil tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities.

We would not have known that we can make different types of ketchup with tomatoes if we had not attended such contests because we are only familiar with tomato sauce, but by adding different types of ingredients to tomatoes, we can make many Ayurvedic ketchups which are very beneficial for our body and very beneficial for everyone in our family, young and old, which we can make at home by participating in each contest. Today I will tell you what ingredients I need to make my ketchup and in what quantities. All the details of the ingredients and quantities are presented below.

Write the complete step-by-step method of making herbal basil tomato ketchup from washing to the final cooking.

Step 01

First, I cut my tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, then I washed them with water, and along with them, I washed some basil leaves and placed them in a corner of the plate.
Then I put the chopped tomatoes in a small frying pan on the stove, and here I add a cup of water, and then I turn the heat down to low and cook the tomatoes well.

Step 02
After seven to eight minutes, my tomatoes will be cooked thoroughly, and all the water will have evaporated.
Then, once the tomatoes have cooled down a bit, I will take the boiled tomatoes and blend them well. As you can see
Then I will take a strainer and put the blended tomatoes in there and strain them well.

Step 03
After straining well, my tomato skin and some of the hard parts will separate.
Then I will take a frying pan and I will add two spoons of oil to it.
Then I'll add cinnamon and cloves here.
After cooking for about a minute, I will add the tomato paste here.

Step 04
Then I will add a generous amount of pepper powder here.
Then I'll cook it for a little while, and in between, I'll add a little bit of chili powder.
Then I will add salt to taste.
Then I will add chili powder to taste.
Then I'll add about half a teaspoon of chili flakes.

Step 05
Then stir all the ingredients for a while. Here I will add a spoonful of white vinegar.
Then here I will add jaggery as per the quantity and taste.
Then I will cook everything well, and at the end, when it is cooked, I will add some basil leaves here.
Then I will turn off the stove and cover the tomato ketchup with a lid so that the basil leaves can infuse all the goodness and aroma with the pressure.

Step 06
After a minute, he lifted the lid, and my dish was ready.
Then I will strain it a second time to separate the spices and leaves from the ketchup.
