Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today I am sharing a recipe.I have come to participate. Today's contest topic is great, and for this, I would like to thank @suboohi, who has organized such a beautiful contest. According to the topic of today's contest, I have to make a sweet dish made from milk. I really liked it because making things made from milk or sweets is definitely my favorite, and I love making such things very much. But today I will make one of my sweet dishes, namely Payas, which I will present to all of you.

Of course, Bengalis love to make and eat any kind of sweet things made with milk, and I am also a Bengali, and I also love to make various homemade milk products and which are very fun to eat, and along with that, they are very nutritious, where we can get the full supply of milk from. Many times, children do not like to drink liquied milk, in which case, if you serve them various types of delicious foods made with milk, they can eat them easily, and as a result, they can get the nutritional benefits of milk. Various things made with milk are made in large quantities in Bangladesh, among them are Payas, Milk Semai, and Lachcha Semai.Various types of sweets, zarda, semai, sandesh, curd, semolina, halwa, etc.

The Process of recipe


Step 01

Today I will cook milk-based paisa, but for this, first I will put a pot on the stove and add half a kilo of milk there. To make my full recipe, I will add some more milk, 250 grams of milk, later.

Then the milk boiled a little, that is, before the milk became frothy, I added a some amount of cinnamon and three small cloves.

Then both should be heated well, and when the smell of spices comes out from the milk, I will add about 100 grams of rice soaked in advance into the milk.

Then I will keep stirring the milk and rice continuously. It is definitely necessary to stir more here; otherwise, the rice will stick to the pan.

I have boiled the milk and rice well for about half an hour. My rice has boiled very well and has become soft. Then I will add the required amount of sugar here, that is, first I added 50 grams of sugar, and then a little more.

Then, stir the rice and sugar well for another two minutes and cook it. If the amount of sweetness remains the same, my pie will be perfectly cooked.

Of course not , I would have made today's recipe without any problem because I have been making this recipe for many years, and I make this recipe for my child occasionally, which my child likes to eat a lot, and I also have many favorites. This food is very tasty and this food is popular for keeping the stomach full for a long time but I make this food at home and because of makingHere I have used milk completely and apart from milk and rice I have not used any kind of drink or anything else due to which my pie has become like a paste which is really much more enjoyable and satisfying to eat when put in the mouth.

At what occasion do you want to make your dessert.

Bengalis choose the best time to make pais when it is the birthday of a family member. They like to make pais very much. I also make pais on the birthday of my family members and serve them with other dishes. Also, on special occasions like Eid and special occasions, and especially when a guest comes to the family, I like to make such pais, and the guests benefit a lot.
