Do you prefer savory or sweet breads?

 

There are so man y different types of bread and so many recipes. Often many countries have their specific one but also either sour or sweet. When I was a child sweet one was my favourite because that was almost like something like biscuits. I always love it and often could eat it without anything just with water or sometimes with tea if I was visiting my grandma. She was baking herself all the bread, when she knew that we, children will be visiting her then of course, it was a must to bake such sweet bread. Since I grown up I try not to eat much sweet stuff that is why my favourite is sour bread, I also love it with some salads and knowing that there is no sugar that makes me feel healthier.

 

Do you prefer soft and fluffy bread or crispy with a hard crust?

 

Do you prefer soft and fluffy bread or crispy with a hard crust? Again, it depends on the situation, I believe with such variety of bread arts there is always one type of bread for any occasion. Like if I prefer something with cream and jam then I will choose soft and fluffy. The other time when I have Mediterranean food, like salads with olives cheese, fish then of course crusty bread is the best.

 

Is there any type of bread you don't like?

 

The only bread that I do not like is when there is not enough or no salt, but also bread that is very dry because that feels like a paper very dry. I remember that such bread I tasted when I bought a beckon roll, maybe because it is salty and slightly fatty then such bread is okay. Still that is not my favourite.

 

Do you have a favorite bakery to buy bread from? What's the estimated price of savory bread?

 

My favourite bread I can find in Lidl that is a supermarket but they have bakery and their bread products are freshly baked and warm. I really love those warm bread and usually when we buy them then it will be eaten within few days.

 

If you were given a savory bread to fill, what ingredients would you add and what drink would you serve it with?

I usually like some cheese spread with herbs, usually add some tune fish with chilli and garlic, also some olives and rocket salad. That is the most delicious quick snack. For drinking I like only water, still or sparkling only with water I can taste the whole ingredients and enjoy it.
