Are you one of those who likes to eat or do you just eat out of necessity?

I like to eat food at home and at restaurant too. I am food lover


I am foody person, I like to eat Indian foods. My wife says that my heart's path leads via my stomach. Fortunately, She is very good cook and home made dishes attract me more compare to restaurant dishes.

Even after my dinner, after one hour, I feel small appetite so I use to eat biscuit, sweat dishes and any things.

If someone ask me what do you I like to eat? So I am bit confused because I like everything salty, Sweety and crispy , home made, restaurant dishes etc. I like to eat food because it makes me happy and satisfied.


Do you care about the quality and taste of the food you eat?

Near n Clean food plate, I prefer always hygienic and Quality foods


Ofcourse Yes ! Not even me, Every foody person who loves food, they consider about quality and taste because I don't eat to fill up stomach, I eat food for taste. Quality and hygiene is very important for me otherwise I skip and avoid whatever it would be my favourite.

Now even I can catch what is missing in food because I love food so quality matters for me !


Do you usually eat all the foods you crave or do you follow some kind of diet?

I am vegetarian so I usually eat veg food and yes if I feel craving so I can eat anything for my appetite but it happens some time. Otherwise, I try to follow diet.

I love junk foods, fast foods and Chinese but due to diet, I don't eat more these type of foods. I love to eat home made dishes which gives me taste, but also maintain my health and it does not impact me bad.


When do you usually eat more when you are happy or sad?

When I am happy, I eat more. This is my childhood habit and this is best way to celebrate moment and happiness. When I am happy, I make plan for dinner outside at my favourite restaurant with my family.

I love to eat various type of dishes like Paneer Butter Masala with Nan, Dosa-Sambhar, Chhola Bhatura, Pav-Bhaji etc are my most favourite food which I eat in happy mood.


Conclusion

Food is not only to fill appetite. It also express many emotions like we also serve food with lots of love, it shows us our unconditional love, care, hospitality. But at last, I advice that do not compromise with quality and never ever do over eating. Enjoy your food but stay in limits and focus on health also.
