Love that you shared your mother's, turned yours, recipe, @zuckerzombie. Also happy that you did enter the contest.
My daughter didn't eat lentils that much while at home, but now that she's at university abroad and has become vegetarian, she's ALWAYS eating lentils. I used to worry sometimes that she wasn't getting enough protein eating it so much. ;)
Form the mixture into small rolls
Did you brown the rolls a bit after this, @zuckerzombie? They look nicely browned in the pic.. and delicioussss!!! ;)
Thank you very much @angelacs, I don't exactly understand what you mean by "browned" - the colour stems from mixture of the red tomato-/red pepper-paste and the orange/yellow of the lentils - it's not fried:-)
