Well, steemit has been great with the current project, but it would be better if there could be some adjustments to the platform.

Video Tutorials

Well, it is an internet world out there, whereby every user and individual has got a lot to learn from the internet, the most common of this is seen in the youtube platform.

Steemit can create a project whereby there get to be a community that teaches basics stuffs using video tutorial instead , or ask individuals to create short videos and can be graded on the level of the content.

This could be best used in the steemit crypto academy, so professors can create video tutorials for trading and as well any crypto-related topics, so, therefore, every newbie and crypto novices can get to catch up quickly by repeating the video tutorials over and over again.

The tutorial can also be used on steemit foods related topics, I do see some nice content on food making on the platform, but the writeup sometimes are bogus, so this would be better if steemit can allow authors to be creating content based on video instead of writing, as most of us are great with videos, and not everyone has the ability to express their passion through typing.

I believe with the video tutorial ideas, there get to be more streams on the platform, and also users from outside can come in to learn a lot of things, and also be glad to want to participate on the steemit platform.

Steemit Mobile Application

I believe we are long overdue for this, as not everyone likes the idea of using a browser every time they want to check on the platform.

It would be great if the steemit team can come up with a mobile application, this would make it better and easier to navigate through communities, make posts, stream videos, and as well read the content.

The mobile application will make it easy to stay tuned to the steemit platform, and such a case that the mobile application can easily pop a notification on my phone whenever I have a new notification on steemit, this will bring more users to the platform, and also keep user active, as the notifications and mentions can easily be attended to easily as soon as possible.

Music Community

What I do notice is that there is currently no community for music authors, this can also be included to make the platform better.

I believe bringing the idea of music communities will also make steemit great, this can be done in a way that there gets to be a music lyrics contest, then everyone can choose to record a short video of them rhyming to it and also give a beat of their interest.

Conclusion

The steemit platform has been doing great for a while with communities and also the steemcurators have helped a lot in helping newbies achieve miles through their encouragement.

I believe the above project I proposed, could drive the platform further and make it interesting for others to want to join as well.
