That's awesome @marymg2014 ! I joined last year but I stopped blogging worked on my position and posts by arguing my point of view on Face Book for the past year. I've come to a greater understanding of economics and politics by arguing both sides in online debates about government and its true purposes as well as anti government and anarchist points of view. I should have just been Blogging here the whole time.
The best part of Steemit is that we are free to express our ideas however different they may be. Because without open honest nonthreatening discussion ideas might never grow.
