I just don't understand how the creators of SteemIt think it's fair that 200 votes gives the author $10 and 30 votes $1000 if 1 rich guy voted on it. Clearly the post with 200 votes is much more popular and probably much higher quality.
Well It all depends on the upvoters power, I am still surprised that no whales jump onto any of these posts even with a high number of people upvoting and commenting, the way it goes sometimes!
