Considering Verge was 2nd behind Steem until 3 or 4 hours before it ended (when I went to bed), and INS seems to have acquired several thousand votes to surpass both in that time, I call shenanigans.
That's terrible & you're probably right
I will send another email to the Netcoins contest team to share my concern.
