Yes you will see many exciting things... I understand it looks like the wild west in some ways (which it is), but you will learn fast that the way it is designed is actually very elegant. It is a virtuous loop that rewards you for doing good things and acting right... That doesn't mean someone can't get by with some money by scamming some of the features, but to really succeed here you need friends and those friends respect the system and aren't going to tolerate you long if you abuse it.
