There is a shop beside the road, and outside that shop, there is an open space where this has been placed. It is mainly used for storing oil. Motorcycle oil is sold using it. It has been hung and placed outside.
The oil bottles are kept here so that people passing by on the road can see from a distance that oil is available here, and they can stop their vehicles and get oil from here. That is why it has been placed here. This space is also used to store more oil. A solid, flat surface has been made to firmly place the oil bottles, and drivers take the oil from here and pour it into their vehicles, then pay the shopkeeper for the oil.
