Nice post. Only question is, is the conversion rate really 10%?

Reason I doubt it would be, is because you don't get any notifications saying that a person has followed you.. Meaning how would those 1 in 10 people now that you followed them? :)

    Use esteem app and turn on alert for following and then you can know who follows and unfollow you with his/her name.

    Yeah, but not everyone uses eSteem :) So if I follow someone who is using the website, they don't get a notification.. So how will they know you followed them, so they can follow you back?
