📢 The Rule To Merge Code Into Official Repositories From Community
Due to the recent confusion in the community about the problems from code merging,
the official drafts The Rule to Merge Code Into Official Repositories From Community.
In future, any PR from community needs 2/3 top20 witnesses approve.
Then the official would merge PR into master/main branch.
This will make sure the most of people's will.
Witnesses outside the top 20 can also participate in the review,
which will serve as proof of your active participation in community governance.
To reiterate, the official is unable to verify the true identity of each individual.
All we can do is make every effort to ensure code security and service stability.

Yeah , but those who really can review the code would have GitHub Account Already . :)
Also please mention , that review and approval needs to happen professionally on comments of PR in GitHub and not on the Discord server . So people who really care and people who really know the code can participate and nonsense can be left behind
