Several forces are at work here.
The lower the price goes the more sp you get.
Im not sure but it maybe a wash, as the price being down drops the value of your payout, too.
Even if it is a wash, when the price goes back up, you have more sp because you kept posting.

The other factor at work is that as the price drops fewer people are voting and posting, increasing the value of both!
The reward pool is being divided up between fewer people.
So, keep posting, when the price spikes you'll be glad that you did!

and the less sbd you get, so it does not matter.
The worth of the entire rewards is what matters, and it goes down the lower the price of SBD goes.

This is negligible, because small and big abusers remain active.
