Something like that. I can't see it rationally going under 50% at the very least since that'll beat the point. There are better ways for it to act. For example, if it instead finds all those people who upvote others' posts at 0.05% and then their own comments in them for 100%.
Yeah good point re: 50% I did a little research and have changed my mind, I now think that they will probably not attack people under 85% due to a well known whale that sits at this level of self votes.
It would be self harming in the extreme to attack him.
We have down voted @haejin before actually, you can verify that for yourself.
