We really gotta get those active user numbers up, because I'm betting at least half of those are bots, so that's not good. Hopefully Steemit is done going down for awhile, so we can start making some progress.
I don't think so. During the Steemit outage, vote numbers barely went down, while number of active users and posts had a much sharper decline.
So I'd assume that the majority of votes are made by bots, but the same isn't true about posts and active users.
