You wrote: "Islam teaches us that human beings are born without sin." This is not true, as we are born into a corrupted world, built on the labor of sinners. The first breath we take is fallen, as we have lost sight of our eternal, heavenly bodies. Embodiment in human form is difference from God, and therefore sin. We all are born flawed, missing the mark.
And no good deeds, no repentance, can bring us closer to God. The only thing we need is to accept forgiveness. And to open ourselves to acceptance whilst we are living in this life, we can use psychedelics, and come to terms with our fallen, sinful nature.
Furthermore, what evidence do you have that entheogens (hallucinogens) are not tools given to us by God? Everything in nature is at our disposal and under our stewardship, and God has given us many gifts through plants and our understanding of them. It is scientifically proven that LSD and other psychedelics do not "alter" your perceptions, but rather enhance them by increasing communication between all parts of the brain. This enhancement is what helps you perceive the presence of the infinite creator. With LSD, you can even experience telepathy with loved ones. There is no arguing the spiritual aspects of LSD—until you have experienced it.
You wrote: "The Quran is God’s final revelation and it is applicable for all of humankind; all people, all places, all times."
But God has no final revelation! God is constantly revealing his graces, mercy, beauty, and knowledge. Every day we are blessed with learning.
In the Quran is beauty. As there is in the Bible, and the Upanishads, and the Talmud, and the teachings of the sikh gurus. Beauty surrounds us in this life. But the infinite truth is not found in any book—it is found within you.
I am enjoying our conversation, by the way.
Peace and greetings from Arizona! 🌵🌄
3 – Shar’i evidence:
All divinely-revealed laws point to the existence of Allah.
“All the divinely-revealed laws point to the existence of the Creator and to the perfect nature of His knowledge, wisdom and mercy, because these laws must have been prescribed by someone, and that is Allah.”
I am not for a moment going to refute the existence of God. God is the only thing that exists! All things are within the being of God, and all things serve a purpose—no matter how trivial or small. The evidence for god is overwhelming. Especially because we can have firsthand, direct experiences of God, and who we truly are, using LSD and other psychedelics.
If psychedelics were not meant to be used by us to have communion with god, then why does DMT (the most powerful of all psychedelics) exist naturally in our brains, and as a normal part of our everyday metabolism?
There is no true religion. All are true and all are misleading. God is not found in church, or in the mosque, or the synagogue, or the temple. God is everywhere.
