Oh yes, it's a doddle. Send them to Bittrex and sell for bitcoin.

Then set up an account on cryptopay.me and send your bitcoin to your account. You can then buy a pre paid debit card from cryptopay and lead your bitcoin to it, which at the same time converts them to SBD.
