From all I've been told, blockchain cannot be deleted. Once it's posted then it is there forever.
It can be flagged by users so it becomes hidden and can't be seen.

The issue is humanity and evil wanting to control, I do believe blockchain is neutral in this where as privately owned corporations are so easily bought out and will have immoral intentions and censor on command, like You Tube.
