When on Steemit is talked about whales it means people with a lot of Steempower.
But like I wrote in my post not everyone has the capacity for invest a whale amount.

BUUUUUUT...you can be perceived as a whale by delivering good content with persistence​.
I truly believe that this is possible for everyone, but the way is not easy.
