What Is Your Take On Premarital Sex

I am guilty of premarital sex, to be honest it feels quite good whenever it happens. My problem with this is the guilt that follows me around each time it happens. Any perspective is welcome, I just want to know what you think about premarital sex. Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
