Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 17/10/2025, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Oct 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. So far health at least allowed me to mostly post daily again so far, but yesterday I nearly missed posting. This was not due to my health but because Steem was behaving strangely, mostly with pages not loading making it difficult to get anything done. I heard there was suppose to be some update with one of the Steem related tools, but not sure if that would of had any affect on Steemit.com having it's pages not loading. Regardless any updates or enforced security to the website is welcome. Apparently there was a lot of action that happened here just outside the house last night. A car was speeding by and crashed, likely trying to escape from the police as they soon turned up with a chopper, a large van and a few cars. Shockingly I managed to sleep all during this nonsense and the reason why I found it so surprising is because since I have been unwell I struggle to sleep. However when I did wake-up which was still a little away from my alarm "likely 1 hour" I had to check with myself that I was actually able to sleep for most of the night which seems like I did. So considering all the commotion that was going on outside it might be a good sign my sleep is improving.

For work "irritation" I was surprised that yet again it was my least favourite superior who I was working with. Not sure why does she so often get stuck doing the morning shifts, doesn't she ever have a day off, or do I only get time off when she does argh. The work for task1 was more than yesterday which was disappointing but at least there wasn't any extra work. While I was left with 20 minutes spare for task2 it was barely possible to work on it because more kept re-turning to task1. This means the superior had to stop watching tiktok videos and do some work, she was not pleased it seemed. But again I don't know why they don't do things like my boss does, my boss clears task2 first thing, rather than hoping I get time to get it done. She must of been angry because after we finished task2 she ordered me to put the kettle on for her, stating she had no time this morning to even drink her coffee. I nearly said to her "that explains a lot" but thought it was best to leave it there. I don't think I have ever been told to put the kettle on before, I wonder if this will became a common occurrence from her now. I also wonder if that was her so called "sneaky way" of hinting at me to work miracles. In the end it doesn't bother me, it wasted some time, I just wonder if I will be promoted to making them cups of coffee soon too for her haha.

While I thought I was done with the birthday present buying I realised while I was at work I still needed to get one more thing. Infact I could of got 2 more things, well 1 of them would be already a Christmas gift for when the times arrives. The places I had to go to were next to each other, that's what gave me the idea to go buy the other gift so that Christmas was already being taken care of when it came to gifts. While I got the first item fine the other was not in stock which was disappointing and I believe it's been discontinued which is annoying. I guess that will teach me for not buying it earlier, while that sounds good.. but with "what money"!? After I was able to go straight home, I already had wasted enough time. That lab test for supposedly getting me the right treatment is taking too dam long! Sure I would rather they take their time and get in right, but I'm often in pain and on some days I feel like giving up. I really hope to hear something soon from them and quickly. In hopes I can still make a full recovery and get my life back. Also when it comes to these post over the next few days I will be once again minimizing them in general, slightly to make them easier to get through.
