Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 18/10/2025, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Oct 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. Health at least allowed me to mostly post daily again so far, the other day I nearly missed posting. This was not due to my health but because Steem was behaving strangely, mostly with pages not loading. But it started again yesterday where I started to feel worse again, and today it continues making it difficult to get anything done. I wanted to give the fridge a good clear-out incase I miss anything from when the fridge had been turning itself off making me think I needed to buy a new one. Thankfully I was able to fix it saving myself some money. But just cleaning and clearing the fridge was too difficult for me with the pains that I'm experiencing. Somehow I still managed to get the bottom and top of the fridge more or less cleaned. The ice build-up was making it difficult near the top to clean, so I needed to switch it off for a few hours in hopes to continue. This worked out rather well with the ice having melted away.

When not dealing with the fridge I was trying to put together the birthday presents, think I'm happy with what I have, but it's tough putting it all together. It's annoying because on another day this would be relatively easy for me to get done but since the deadline is tomorrow I'm of course struggling to get this done due to my condition. I still have to write a message and it's difficult because I don't want to ruin the mood, but also there is a chance it could be the last message I write. It also hit me that of course I cannot enjoy the the celebrations like I used to. I don't mean that I just realised that I wont be able to have fun, I mean emotionally it made me sad. Mostly because there was always that hope that by now I would be better, but it's not happened. So my plans are no longer going to play out how I envisioned them, I won't be able to get or make the smiles and happy reactions that I wanted to gift to them.

I also still have other people who are expecting me to take trips to visit them when I just cannot and they don't seem to understand that, no matter how many times I have already told them. That lab test for supposedly getting me the right treatment is taking too dam long! Sure I would rather they take their time and get in right, but I'm often in pain and on some days I feel like giving up. I really hope to hear something soon from them and quickly. I hope I can still make a full recovery and get my life back but sometimes I think it's a lie I just tell myself. Anyway when it comes to these post over the next few days I will be once again minimizing them in general, slightly to make them easier to get through.
