Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 19/10/2025, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Oct 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. I'm glad to see Steemit.com to continue to work after the issue with pages loading, Steemit.com can be a great outlet especially when unwell. I have seen a few other users also state how posting here is a good outlet for them. It just shows that for some of us it's not just about the rewards, but you have to admit it definitely doesn't hurt and it can be very beneficial in improving quality of life. For today I thankfully didn't have work, but that was because it was booked off so I could visit my friends for a birthday celebration. I spent a good chunk of my morning getting things done for today and dealing with putting the presents together for later. To be honest this took too long, mostly because I spent a lot of time taking extra rest this morning. So when I told my friends I was going to be leaving I was actually running late and still getting ready. And what wonderful weather we had today with it mostly raining... Still I can't complain because it wasn't really cold out. The rain did initially have me worried, should I really be going out? My friends also had their concerns and this is another thing that annoys me about being in this condition, just having to worry about all this stuff. Of course I realise that my ability to still do this is something that only others can dream about in their worse condition.

The person who's birthday it was initially was a little moody, likely because of not getting the reaction desired from family but we soon changed that. For my part in this we attended the Chinese buffet all you can eat which we never visited this particular place. So it was a risky gamble and some already said that by reviews it was likely not to be a good place. I argued that until we try it we shouldn't ignore the place, but it looks like they were right. I personally enjoyed the interior and the atmosphere of the place, however my friends spotted the mould growing behind some of the wallpapering and some bad stains on the floor but none of this bothered me. However what did bother me was the food quality, there was at least some decent variety. I tried a bit of everything and half of my picks were disappointing, the special fried rise was particularly terrible like eating plastic grains. The onions rings great, so were the spring roles, noodles and Singapore rice. But my goodness was the jelly awful just like the special fried rice, the jelly was more like water with bits in it. I had some grapes, they looked like the nice ones but they were just ok, I wish I had tasted the ice cream but since we was going to get cake soon I thought it was better not haha. So far I think this place might only be good to visit if you want to eat a lot of something in particular, because more than half of what is on offer is not good quality. However the price is the same as visiting the normal Chinese restaurant that isn't all you can eat. But it's half the price of the other buffets, pros and cons.

Like I already mentioned I also took part in the cake buying process and blowing out the candles and opening a few presents. Unfortunately due to my health now from there it was time for me to head home to rest. I think the message I wrote on the card had it's affect, it's difficult to write possibly your last message without diverting the attention away from the person who is celebrating. I made by way home alone and it was of course raining again, I continue to hope I can make a full recovery at some point and get my life back. It was a good day for me but not how I had envisioned it, and if possible I would still like to make it all happen next year. My friends are of course encouraging me to march down to the doctors soon as possible and demand to know about the lab test. That lab test for supposedly getting me the right treatment is taking too dam long! Sure I would rather they take their time and get in right, but I'm often in pain and on some days I feel like giving up. I really hope to hear something soon from them and quickly. I hope I can still make a full recovery and get my life back, but sometimes I think it's a lie that I just tell myself that this is even possible. Anyway when it comes to these post over the next few days I will be once again minimizing them in general, slightly to make them easier to get through.
