Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 2/8/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Aug 2025- Just before going to sleep last night and when I awoke this morning I was feeling much better almost to the point of feeling some relief and hope of fully healing. However I have been here before already a few times and yet again it felt somewhat different, but was it different? Was this the moment I would recover? I keep hoping it will but can confirm that sadly this has not happened yet, by the afternoon the underlining issues return pushing away my hope. I received worry from friends on holiday asking for news of my state a-long with a message telling me that their cat who was unwell felt a little better in the last 24 hours. This cat bares the same name of a homeless dog from a story I remember reading a few years ago. It was the wedding day of Marilia and Matheus they were supposed to of had a wonderful outside wedding. But due to some stormy weather conditions the wedding to be completed on the day had to be moved indoors. Now typically wedding crashers are usually frowned upon, but in this case since this crasher was harmless cute and fluffy, it seems a extortionary exception was made. What walked in was a young stray dog he strolled uninvited at the most crucial time. He came down the aisle would you believe in the middle of the ceremony. Strangely he made himself at home snuggling down on Marilia’s veil. I want to give props to the couple for not getting angry or upset by this and instead finding the situation funny and a great memory. Most of the guests must of been of good heart finding it funny and winning their hearts. But the dog unexpectedly disappeared after the ceremony and was not to be found. In the end the newlyweds decided they wanted to track down the pooch and give him a loving home. This was likely to be difficult but not long only a week later a local resident made contact with the newlyweds and made them aware of the dog’s whereabouts. The the couple were soon able to fulfil their desire, they found the stray dog. They brought him home, showered him, gave him lots of food and drink, they named the dog Snoops.
