Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 8/10/2025, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 9 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "9 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are on top 300 of Steem investors. That is not to brag but to be shown has proof. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Aug 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. For the night I always hope for better sleep, the results were that I was able to fall asleep relatively quickly. I didn't wake-up during the night but again in the morning I woke-up still hours to my alarm. After I was not able to return back to sleep properly and this seems to be the case for me lately. At least with a little less frequently getting that feeling of being dizzy, but I think this is more likely being triggered by the early morning work shifts, but what can I do in the world we live in I must go to work. It was another early start, even if I didn't want it to be. But I had to be up early if I wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on this doctors appointment which I desperately need. Yes with my father having left now I can concentrate again fully on my own health. Which means.. on with the continued incompetence of not only the doctors but the receptionists. After forcing those who are unwell to get up very early in the morning for the chance to fight-it-out for the possibility of getting a doctors appointment. And then answering their long line of questions I received a message 2 hours later with a appointment time. It was for the following day, which like I expected would collide with my work. With such a late notice alert, it made it impossible for me to be able to reschedule with work.

So I had to get in contact with the dam surgery, the girl on the phone while polite got everything wrong. This was not fully her fault because one of the doctors mixed up my information with another patient... Still in the end I was expecting a call the other day to discuss a "new time" for a afternoon appointment, that's what the receptionist said. Well I never received that phone call about rescheduling, instead I got a message telling me I have a appointment with the doctor in the morning next week... I mean it's ridiculous... "they still" have placed me down for a morning appointment!? But with some luck thankfully I could actually make this one, but how many times do they have to be told!? So if the appointment scheduling is already this bad I can only imagine what the state of these doctors are going to be like. And still it's disgusting and evil that in 2025 we have such a system were we must be awake painfully early to book appointments, thankfully some places realise this is evil and are finally taking it down. So since receiving my lab test results on the possible causes of my current health situation I really needed this appointment. The other doctors were not listening, the issue is the pathogens that attack me are already 80% naturally resistant to most treatments. Leaving me with a small window of hope thanks to the abuse of antibiotics from all those before me. From my own understanding normal bacteria of the body has been travelling to other places where it shouldn't be going. But I still think what happened here is initially it's more likely that this was picked-up from somewhere or from somebody. While exciting and a relief to get some kind of understanding on what is happening to me convincing a zombie doctor on how to best treat me is being a challenge. Enough that I had to pay for those specialised tests in hopes one of them takes notice.

I have known the ideal steps that should be taken almost since the start of this health issue. It's simple really, all they need to do is get a sample of the pathogen, and then test its resistance in the lab against the available antibiotics. Next prescribe me the antibiotics at a decent timescale to make sure the bacteria is fully eradicated on the first time round. It should be that simple, but from recent experience lately these uneducated-checklist-zombie-doctors are making it hell. But today I was in hope it would finally all change, I arrived on time and still had to wait much longer than I thought. When I walked into the doctors office there was another person there which means she was training. This made sense to why my appointment was so late. Of course no apology from anybody but the doctor was a younger guy which I hoped meant he might have a better understanding of this problem has many older doctors are too set in their ways. I felt like I was getting nowhere and this was yet another zombie doctor, he wanted to perform the same old checklist tests. He did look at the lab tests but it seemed they were kind of discarded, he said these are only symptoms and not the cause, which made no sense to me. But I was shocked to hear that after he done the test there he said he did find something. He made it seem like it was terrible bad news to me, but doesn't this fool realise I have known this for months now. I have been telling them this the whole dam time, the lab tests I showed him proved it, I'm seriously concerned with the intelligence of these people. Still he couldn't tell me what it is that he found, says it's to vague to know but that it will be going to the lab for tests and that I should get my susceptibility testing done to know which antibiotics will hopefully fight this away. FINALLY this is what I needed and wanted from the beginning.

He said he was going to "in the mean time" to give me some antibiotics that should deal with the problem. Now this concerns me big time, why is he prescribing me antibiotics when he doesn't have a clue what it is I'm fighting against!?!? How can he tell me these should fix the problem when he is shooting blind!? This is what I hate about the medical system because it's very likely these initial antibiotics could make things significantly worse and I should actually be waiting on that antibiotic susceptibility testing before taking anything else. The last thing I want is to make this worse again, it already nearly cost me my life, yet these zombie doctors follow their uneducated-check-list and don't care if they are killing people in the "process". Still at least I was happy with the weather today, it wasn't that sunny but it wasn't cold. I also saw our cat alarm clock, he was visiting the house of the crazy mechanic.
