Wondering what the average time one should expect on getting an upvote? No judgement, love the deal....just voted on several and my first two went within 20-30 minutes......been 2 hours on some others.

Is there a set number of times in a row one can submit for? Looked at the explanation and didn't see that, but my bad if there is. Was just trying to catch up from having no @randowhale action over the weekend.
