Team steemit selects the best people as curation team every month, and all the teams later send their guidelines as well, one of my suggestions is that every team should ensure in their guidelines that they will vote only on those posts of users which have been reviewed by the moderator of the respective community with his recommendation. Because after the voting by any curator, the review/recommendation of the moderator has no value.
