i did a quick search on reddit (since i didn't see anything in the dtube FAQ) and apparently scheduling or saving without posting isn't an option yet, period. as of three months ago, you also can't remove a video, but can have it downvoted into oblivion.

as with most new things, it seems like features are getting added bit by bit!
