It's a new trend... New accounts which flags a lot of other accounts. The effect is null because they don't have a rep but it is anoying :)

@verhp11 Thanks! I had no idea that was going on. I just happened to notice the flag on my post. Maybe they are trying to discourage people using Steemit.
Yeah maybe, I don't know why they do it cause on accounts like yours they don't have any effect. But it is strange behaviour...
