Second Last Class Teaching My Students How to Post Their Portfolio
Hello everyone I hope you are all good and enjoying your life.
Today I am going to share the details of the second last class of our Steemit training series. In this class I taught my students step by step how to create and publish their portfolio post on Steemit.
Why Portfolio is Important?
Before starting the practical part I explained to my students the importance of having a portfolio on Steemit.
- A portfolio shows who you are and what you can do.
- It helps other Steemians curators and community leaders understand your skills achievements and goals.
- It works as a digital identity where all important details about you are stored in one place.
- A good portfolio increases trust and chances of support on the platform.
Teaching Process
I used my own portfolio post as a reference and explained everything step by step.
Here is the post I used to guide them:
I broke down the process into the following steps:
- Start with a Proper Introduction – Write your name country and a short self-introduction.
- Add Your Skills – Clearly list your skills strengths and abilities.
- Educational Background – Mention your studies or certifications.
- Steemit Journey – Share when you joined Steemit and your progress so far.
- Achievements – Highlight your best posts contests you won or contributions.
- Future Goals – Mention what you want to achieve on Steemit.
- Formatting & Styling – Use headings bold text and spacing to make it easy to read.
Student Practice
After explaining the steps I gave my students the task to write and publish their own portfolios.
I reviewed their work and I am very happy to see that they all made great efforts.

Conclusion
This class was very important because now my students have their personal portfolios on Steemit.
It will help them gain more trust connect with other Steemians and showcase their talents in a professional way.
I am really proud of their progress and as this was our second last class in the final class I will be reviewing everything they have learned and helping them correct their mistakes.
