It was Steemit Photo Challenge, you basically submit photos according to the topic in order to win a prize, participate or just for fun, whatever your reason might be, there are a lot of amazing photographs to look at and awesome people to meet, anyways, here's the link:

I think they are taking a break until some time in May, I forgot the exact date but it was mentioned in the post I linked you to.
