Yes, for the top 10 its needed 40k, and for the top 30, 20k. Congrats on the 29 spot :).
As time continues, the probability is that the top holders will accumulate even more (they are getting the inflation) and it will get harder to get there. So, if someone want a spot there he should act fast :)
That is the advantage of early adopters and just how it goes.
