Cooldowns were implemented this morning. Matching algorithms were as well. However, the gameplay changes are on the horizon.

As for the 4 minute wait, let's see how it pans out. It may be pretty cool actually. Cuz the wait might feel rather short as you're assembling your team during that time...

    Thanks .. I just finished reading the official post.

    4 minutes is still way to long imo. The screen shot in the official post makes it look like 5 minutes. Imagine doing a daily quest and winning 1 out of 3 battles to complete it. That means 30 battles or 150 minutes if there is a 5 minute wait.
