I use a number of sites and analytics tools to track my progress and establish benchmarks to meet in order to have that continual improvement mentality like the plus one you mention. The importance of maintaining the right direction is huge as momentum often works in your favor when focus on the goals.

exactly. and these small wins start to add up. it’s very empowering once you start achieving small goals almost daily.
