Please wake me up from my daydream of this delicious meat

I can remember the first time I crunched into a piece of this pork. It had been BBQ'ed with just the right amount of blackened crust on the edge. NEVER had anything like it again!

    Haha glad you liked it. I just wish I could invite everyone to join in with this grilled belly and experience the Philippine way of traditional feasting.
