3 Small Habits That Changed My Productivity
Over the past few months, I’ve realized that productivity isn’t just about working harder—it’s about building small, consistent habits that make a big difference over time. Here are three that have really helped me:
- Writing a Daily To-Do List
Every morning, I write down 3–5 tasks I must finish that day. Keeping it short forces me to focus on what really matters instead of getting lost in endless side work.
- The “No Notifications” Rule
I turned off most notifications on my phone and PC. At first it felt strange, but now I’m more present and less reactive. I decide when to check messages instead of letting them control me.
- Ending the Day with Reflection
Before bed, I take five minutes to write one thing I accomplished and one thing I can improve tomorrow. It keeps me motivated and accountable.
💡 These are small steps, but they’ve helped me get more done without burning out.
