At first I thought, oh, that's a good idea.
The first thing would be to define what an inactive account is. No activity for x days would be one criterion. Bots would be classified as active according to this definition, even though there may be no human activity. That is the first point, the definition would be imprecise.
The next thing I realized is that the reason I added the additional search fields is to find active (voteable) posts from users who meet certain criteria. So they are posts from users who are active users by the above definition anyway.
So, on closer look, it doesn't seem necessary to me.
