2018 Great Britain 1 oz Silver Year of the Dog

in #steemsilvergold8 years ago

Just received this coin from Apmex.
They say a picture speaks a thousand words but this picture doesn't do this coin justice!
Sorry about the lousy pictures, but I have to say this is one beautiful coin.
I did not want to open it due to it being sealed and numbered.
It comes in a plastic sealed package and the coin itself is enclosed in a sealed plastic coin capsule.
This is going to be one of my favorite coins so far.

Upvoted, but honestly, I hate this coin! I think the dog is ugly and coin design is absolutely terrible.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder my friend, and this is really stunning to hold and look at. again the picture doesn't do it justice.
And low mintage.

APMEX is my favorite place to order precious metals from. I can also definitely understand not wanting to take the coin out of the package-that's a nice looking coin!

Thanks , it really is a beautiful coin, it jumped up on my favorites list immediately!
I can only recommend if you can buy it, the picture really just doesn't show it off like I wish.

They come in both a plastic case and a sealed bag? I can't say I've seen that method of packaging a coin before.

Me either, was a surprise!

I just received a shipment from Apmex. All of my coins were in bags too. Must be a new thing they are doing. I normally order from JM Bullion.

I've always liked Apmex,Looks like Apmex is stepping up the game!
Sealed in plastic and in a coin holder!!! Pretty sweet to me!

Nice pick up up, I choose to go with the Perth Mint year of the dog coin. I'll probably pick up the Rwandan dog coin too.

Thanks, cant go wrong with the Perths.
