Could it be that the production is NOT really down?
Maybe they just are posting a low production number because they see the manipulated price is so low, they are holding on to it?
I know Google repeatedly posted low numbers while they invested in technology... Microsoft did the same thing.
Look at OPEC - manipulating the production to manipulate the price...

I know if I owned a Gold/Silver mine, I would NOT be posting true numbers
BECAUSE of the MANIPULATION OF PAPER stocks in Precious Metals...

    Good point. With the price so suppressed they have no motivation to sell it - unless they need the money immediately.
