I think the festival had been reincarnated into different venue names in the past, some years cancelled, two years ago it was just a tall Japanese sailing ship came in the harbor for public relations with tours. The Annual summer fireworks competition splintered off the original festival, they're not even sure about this year's. Because it was backed by a Cigarette manufacturer a few years ago. This PC cr@p is stifling.
