Graded coins have not done well in the past 20 years. They are at the lowest premium to spot I've ever seen. If you are going to buy graded coins, I'd go with pre-1933 coins and don't pay more than 10-15% over spot. There's lots of deals to be had out there, this isn't one of them.

...and I only buy NGC coins...the other grading companies are shady AF.
