Membership Cull

Yes, I would be in favor of a membership cull but I would need more specifics. Like how often does a member need to post about PMs to not be culled? Take me for example, my last post about silver was 15 days ago. Is that too long of a gap? I think there should be some kind of rule about this, but it just needs to be reasonable. People have other interests and that should be okay!

Cooling Off Period

Depends. Do you mean that a new SSG member (not delegating yet to Precious) has to wait 30 days before they are eligible to delegate to and use Precious? If so, yes I'm for that.
If you mean that a new SSG member has to delegate to Precious but not receive an upvote for 30 days, no I don't think that's fair.

Free vote for all members

Right now I'd say no. Precious should only offer votes to those delegating or paying with liquid STEEM. In my opinion you should have some skin in the game. The vote from Precious should be reserved for those that contribute SP (or liquid STEEM) to the bot and community mods.
