The U.S. Constitution says that Congress has the Power to Coin Money and "regulate" the Value thereof... I know nothing about the Laws in Canada, concerning Coinage... It's possible Canada and other Countries may follow suit... My Theory only pertains to U.S. Coinage... Good question...
