Not that common have seen a few youtube vids on these and I don't know too much but think they a restrike of the real old Lydian coins. Produced by the Lydian Mint in the United States. The Lydian Mint's signature Lydian Lion silver bullion coin celebrates what is widely considered to be the first true coin minted around 600 BC in Lydia, Asia Minor.
Cheers @roxdude. From what I've seen, like you said it's a copy of the first "purpose" coin ever made for use in 609bc.
Well they look nice enough and I only paid a pound or 2 over spot.
