• Cull the list - long over due and something I have looked into in the past. It gets complicated, but I think we can draw clear lines that the community agree on.
• Cooling off period - I am indifferent. If we we cull the list, I think these people will be noticed quickly
• Free upvote - no need. I am willing to donate on anyone's behalf for the member vote until they can grow their account, at least until I run out of SP.

I am already working on cleaning up my following list, but I also know I have missed a lot of the newer members that I need to follow in my feed. A good clean list would be appreciated.
