Daily Update! I have a lead on a private lease, and membership update!
Our 200 STEEM is still sitting with minnowbooster and waiting to get filled, but it will be returned in 1day and 13hrs if unfilled again. There are currently no other large private leases so many we have a chance to get filled, but if not I have a promising lead and he's also a community member, so head over and beg @mattclarke to consider filling it...lol.
Lease
As above we have a good chance to get a private fill, the one thing that I think could help sweeten the pot would be to commit to a monthly renewal, that way it is a constant investment for him without that 1 week cool down period. It would also be a a big attractions if I need to shop our lease around privately. I think 200STEEM for 10 000SP every month is a pretty good goal. I don't think we need to get crazy and do more than that. Next month we can have as many members as we want to commit to that 200STEEM and will redistributes the votes accordingly. @phelimint would commit 100STEEM for next month if the need be, but of course I would prefer more members are involved to keep the contribution lower for everyone with a bigger and wider distribution of the reward.
Membership
Remember that @silvergoldbotty follows all the current members of the community if your not on the follow list and want to be just comment on any of botty's post. All we ask is that you have an interest in precious metals, comment and support other members on our #steemsilvergold tag, and please also vote on botty's daily posts with whatever % you feel comfortable with. I will also be looking though the current membership and you may see the number fall as I remove people who are not doing the above. I know many members never do any of the above, otherwise please don't worry if you are reading this you are unlikely to be on the chopping block, but if you think you may be just vote and comment on this post and you bought yourself some time to be more active within the community.
Second Chance Post
It continues to be hard to find undervalued post and unfortunately many of the post with poor payouts are kinda poor posts. People that are making quality posts on our #steemsilvergold seam to be getting pretty good payouts, so everyone please keep up the good work. This post HERE is from @stnwllsrtgc is an interesting discussion about face values stamped on the silver coins.
I'm happy to fill that order on those terms on an ongoing basis, if you decide you want it, @phelimint.
Telling me I could get a 2.5% return elsewhere, instead of 2% with @silvergoldbotty really sealed the deal for me.

I guess you seen that photo too...lol. I requested it to be returned from @minnowbooster but not sure if they do that, if not it will come back in 1 and a half days if no one fills it a 3rds time. Thx man, but I think you may have put the decimal in the wrong place. They don't use the one thousand decimal.
Edit: Fixed it. Sorry, sleep deprivation. I hit the pillow with such a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction too.

If we're going to commit to a monthly lease we will certainly have to start getting some more activity out of everyone or even half of the current membership.
One of the main reasons I try to make a pocket silver challenge or just steemsilvergold post in general everyday is to try and show there is activity under the tag. I know others make far better and more interesting posts, but I think general activity is also important to help grow this little group we have going!
At any rate thanks for all the hard work you're putting in on getting this lease filled!
